Bambini Squisiti proudly offers shipping services in collaboration with our shipping agents. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Please consider weekends and Holiday Seasons’ rush and delays that might impact delivery times.

1. SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out within 4-10 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Bambini Squisiti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

Bambini Squisiti allows you to return its items (exchange only) within a period of 15 days.
Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused. (Refer to exchange policy for details).

6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In case of out-of-stock, Bambini Squisiti will send an email to customer requesting to select an alternative available item.

7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for destination country’s customs charges, duties, or taxes.
This will be conveyed directly to the customer by the shipping company at time of delivery.

Returns Policy

Store policy: No cash or credit refunds, returns are only allowed for the purpose of exchange. Exchanges can only be made for an item of equal or more value.

Exchange can be made within 15 days from the date of purchase; After which no exchanges can be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our store.

Several types of goods are not eligible for exchange, such as intimate apparel, socks, swimwear, children feeding bottles and pacifiers etc.….. additionally no exchanges can be made for any item not in its original condition or damaged. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after purchase date will not be accepted / received and is not eligible for exchanges.

All our shipments will be checked, photographed, videoed at packing time and kept as proof of perfect item condition at shipping time, in case needed for any disputes.

Sale or offer items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchange procedure (if applicable): We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged (No exchanges are allowed due to size, please verify the size prior to making a purchase).

1. Customer to send an exchange request by email to bambinisquisiticsshopify@gmail.com explaining their request and must provide the following:

A. Reason for exchange

B. A clear picture of item damaged (kindly note, this will be cross checked with our own pictures and videos taken by our dispatch team at packing time.)

C. Proof of purchase from our shop (receipt)

2. Your email request will be reviewed by customer service and you will be informed by email if your purchase is eligible for shipping back approval.

3. Once you receive a shipping back email confirmation, you will also be provided with the shipping address to send the parcel back to the store.

4. Prior to sending the parcel back. The customer has to confirm by email with our customer service which new item is selected to replace the original order (As sizes and styles are limited).

5. Once your requested exchanged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchanged item. We will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your exchange request.

6. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed immediately. Correspondences will take place through email with customer service. Any additional charges are to be settled by the customer prior to shipping the new item. (Shipping charges responsible party will be determined case by case)

7. We will honor exchanges only once the item is physically received by our shop. We will not be responsible for any lost packages returned by the customers. Be advised If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
